KIANI AI has a distinct role inside that system. Its commercial work is global, while dedicated United States government work is federal only. Its focus includes agentic workflows, applied research, data and knowledge infrastructure, evaluation, implementation, and adoption.

Victor Kiani founded and leads the Group. Across its ventures, brands, initiatives, and selected collaborations, the common thread is bringing strategic direction and implementation into the same room.
